The spanish steps are located near the very busy Via del Corso. It seems no matter what day you go, the piazza and the stores around it are overflowing with people.The steps themselves are beautiful...and decently tasking to climb. I found it interesting that the top of the steps is the top of a hill, and a regular streetscape from there. It is a wonderfully composed piazza with apartment buildings lining it, creating not only a tourist attraction but also a hangout spot for locals. Va bene.
